Usage
1. In food industry, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, nutrient additive, emulsifier, flavor for yoghurt. It is also used as binder in cheese and minced meat, emulsifier and stabilizer in cheese and ice cream.
2. In pharmaceutical industry, it is used as anticoagulant. And used as antioxidant, plasticizer and detergent in chemical, cosmetics and cleaning industries.
